As all of these other reviews claim. Duane is awesome! I'm new to pool ownership and started with a very old system. After I found a crack in my filter he was my first call after seeing all of these other reviews. He had me up and running with a new filter in less than 48 hours. He also sent me some instructional videos he made to help me navigate everything. I will absolutely be calling Duane for any help in the future.
You can pay more and you may even be able to pay less. But you would be hard pressed to match the expertise, knowledge, cost, and friendly service of Duane Heckman of WaterBender Pool Repair. Quick response, quality work, very reasonable charges, and thoughtful followup. Duane has become our go to pool guy. Highly recommend.
